Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic programs, developing insights, and enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions.
- Develop executive-level presentations, analyses, and structured storylines for senior leadership across business development, client engagement, practice development, and eminence initiatives
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs and projects
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders, and support implementation
- Identify program risks, support mitigation planning, and manage special projects while maintaining quality and timeliness

The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master’s degree in business, strategy, economics, management, or finance
- 4-6 years of experience in program management, strategy, or strategic planning
- 2+ years of experience developing reporting, analysis, or presentations for leadership-level audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Experience using research tools such as Refinitiv, Capital IQ, or Factiva
- Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools
Preferred:
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or internal clients
- Experience applying strategic planning frameworks or methodologies
- Certification in program management or agile methods such as PMI, IASSC, or Scrum
- Experience with prompt engineering
