Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic insights that inform Deloitte leadership priorities and support business growth.
- Provide research and analysis on market trends, competition, innovation, industry disruptions, alliances, and ecosystem developments.
- Apply established research tools and methodologies to develop consultative, insight-driven outputs for business stakeholders.
- Analyze market-sizing, whitespace opportunities, partnership opportunities, competitive strategy, and growth pathways across topics and industries.
- Develop executive-ready recommendations and clearly communicate the implications of findings for Deloitte businesses and clients.
- Manage project delivery, coordinate with global colleagues, contribute to team priorities, and support onboarding or mentoring of new team members.

Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) provides secondary research and analysis services to global Deloitte Member Firms supporting pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Postgraduate degree in business, economics, finance, strategy, or a comparable field
- 4-6 years of experience in research, market intelligence, strategy, or professional services
- Experience conducting secondary research and analysis using databases such as Refinitiv, S&P Capital IQ, Factiva, or EMIS
- Experience developing executive-ready presentations, written summaries, and insight-led deliverables using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience analyzing market trends, competition, growth opportunities, or industry developments
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects with defined timelines and quality requirements
Preferred:
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or client-facing stakeholders
- Experience using Generative AI tools and prompt engineering in a research, analysis, or insights environment
