Work you'll do
As an Analyst, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of market intelligence and business research outputs for internal stakeholders across Deloitte’s global network.
- Provide strategic insights on market and client priorities, including growth strategy, competition, innovation, industry disruption, and alliances and ecosystems.
- Apply research tools and methodologies to develop consultative, insight-driven outputs for stakeholders.
- Synthesize multiple sources of information, identify patterns, and structure findings into clear, compelling storylines.
- Develop concise, actionable insights and recommendations with a clear focus on business impact.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across Deloitte member firms to manage expectations, support project delivery, and contribute to team initiatives.

Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) provides secondary research and analysis services to global Deloitte Member Firms to support pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Postgraduate degree
- 1-3 years of experience in research, market intelligence, business analysis, or professional services
- Experience using research databases such as Refinitiv, S&P Capital IQ, Factiva, or EMIS
- Experience preparing business reports, presentations, or written insights using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information into structured findings and recommendations
Preferred:
- Experience supporting work on growth strategy, competition, innovation, industry disruption, or alliances and ecosystems
- Knowledge of key performance indicators, demand, supply, pricing, and macroeconomic drivers for one or more industries
- Experience working with senior stakeholders or in a client service environment
- Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools and prompt engineering
