Work you'll do

As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Strategic Market Insights and Thought Leadership on the CoRe Global Strategic Insights Center team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing executive-level presentations that apply strategic frameworks and analysis to support business development, client engagement, practice development, and eminence priorities
  • Leading consultative discussions with stakeholders to assess current and future needs, define requirements, and recommend customized solutions
  • Managing special projects by applying program management practices, maintaining quality standards, and aligning timelines, priorities, and deliverables
  • Conducting competitive intelligence, industry research, and topic-based analysis to generate actionable insights and forward-looking recommendations
  • Managing a portfolio of internal customers, identifying opportunities to increase demand, and supporting visibility of the team’s offerings
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team operations, brainstorming, and collaboration across Deloitte offices and stakeholder groups

CoRe Global Strategic Insights Center (CoRe GSIC) provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms in support of pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports delivering significant value to their customers across Deloitte’s global network. Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurgaon

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • 8-10 years of experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience in program management, internal corporate strategy, and developing materials for leadership-level audiences
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and storyboards for senior stakeholders
  • Experience conducting secondary research using tools such as Refinitiv, Capital IQ, D&B Hoovers, and Factiva
  • Experience applying strategic or forecasting frameworks to generate business insights and recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools in a business or research environment

Preferred:

  • Experience working directly with senior leadership stakeholders
  • Experience supporting business development, practice development, or eminence initiatives
  • Certification in program management from PMI, IASSC, or Scrum
  • Experience with account management, internal stakeholder management, or demand generation
  • Experience using prompt engineering techniques
