Work you'll do
As a Deputy Manager, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Deloitte senior leadership with program management and strategy support for priorities including growth, competition, innovation, industry disruption, alliances, and ecosystems
- Developing and maintaining program governance tools, project trackers, key performance indicators, and leadership reports
- Managing program cadence by preparing agendas, coordinating updates, and communicating information across workstreams and stakeholders
- Conducting research and synthesizing insights on competitors, industries, and strategic topics to inform program priorities and recommendations
- Presenting actionable recommendations to leadership and collaborating with global stakeholders to align expectations, manage priorities, and support execution
- Mentoring new team members and contributing to team operations and brainstorming activities

The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or master’s degree
- 8-10 years of experience in program management, strategy, or research roles
- 2+ years of experience supporting leadership-level audiences through reporting, program updates, or strategic deliverables
- Experience developing and tracking key performance indicators, program goals, and leadership reports
- Experience using strategic planning or program management frameworks and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using research tools such as Refinitiv, Capital IQ, or Factiva and Generative Artificial Intelligence tools
Preferred:
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or in a client-service environment
- Program management certification from Project Management Institute (PMI), International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC), or Scrum
- Experience with prompt engineering
