Build and support modern endpoint management capabilities for Deloitte by leading device enrollment, compliance, application deployment, and patching activities across the Windows environment. This role focuses on Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM co-management, and update compliance to help deliver a secure, reliable end-user experience. The Services Specialist II, IT Services will also support operational documentation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across endpoint services.
Work you'll do
As a Services Specialist II, IT Services on the Global Productivity and Technology team, you will be responsible for:
- Administering Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and SCCM co-management capabilities to support device enrollment, provisioning, and endpoint compliance.
- Troubleshooting endpoint management issues across Autopilot, SCCM, application deployment, and device policy configuration to maintain service stability.
- Managing Windows application deployment activities, including Win32, Microsoft Store, and line-of-business applications, and resolving installation failures.
- Supporting patch and vulnerability management across Windows devices through Windows Update for Business, Autopatch rings, Microsoft 365 patching, and update compliance monitoring.
- Maintaining operational, process, and architectural documentation; supporting change control activities; and assisting with onboarding and training for technical team members.

The Global Productivity and Technology team supports the technologies and services that enable Deloitte professionals to work securely, efficiently, and at scale. This team helps manage enterprise endpoint services, device lifecycle processes, and platform capabilities across the Windows environment. Team members work closely with leadership, support teams, and stakeholders to improve service delivery, strengthen compliance, and enhance the end-user experience.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a college diploma in Computer Science with equivalent industry experience
- Experience administering Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, including device enrollment, deployment profiles, and compliance policies
- Experience supporting Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), including co-management and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Experience deploying and supporting Win32, Microsoft Store, and line-of-business applications on Windows devices
- Experience managing Windows Update for Business, Autopatch rings, and patch compliance for enterprise endpoints
- Experience troubleshooting Windows quality, feature, driver, and product updates, and Microsoft 365 patching
Preferred:
- Microsoft certification in Intune, Endpoint Manager, or Modern Desktop
- ITIL Foundation certification
