As an Associate Services Specialist I, IT Services, you will help manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, application deployment, patching, and compliance activities that enable a secure and efficient end-user experience. This role also supports documentation, change control, issue resolution, and collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders.
Work you'll do
As an Associate Services Specialist I, IT Services on the IT Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and SCCM co-management to support device enrollment, provisioning, and endpoint compliance
- Configuring, monitoring, and remediating device compliance policies and conditional access outcomes for managed Windows devices
- Deploying and supporting Win32, Microsoft Store, and line-of-business applications, including installation tracking and issue resolution
- Managing Windows patching activities across update rings, Windows Update for Business, Microsoft 365 patching, and Autopatch to maintain device health and compliance
- Creating and maintaining process, operational, and technical documentation while supporting change control, knowledge sharing, onboarding, and escalation management

Qualifications
Required:
- 1-3 years or 3-6 years of experience in Microsoft Intune, Windows endpoint management, enterprise device administration, or desktop engineering
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- College diploma in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Experience supporting Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, and provisioning activities
- Experience deploying or supporting Win32, Microsoft Store, or line-of-business applications
- Experience supporting Windows Update for Business, patch compliance, or endpoint vulnerability remediation
Preferred:
- Microsoft Intune certification
- ITIL Foundation certification
