We are seeking a Services Specialist II, IT Services to support the design, engineering, and ongoing evolution of cloud network capabilities across a multi-cloud environment. In this role, you will help build and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable network solutions across major cloud service providers, while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance, connectivity, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, automation, and infrastructure engineering within enterprise environments.
Work you'll do
As a Services Specialist II, IT Services on the Cloud Network Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Architecting and supporting cloud network solutions across multiple cloud service providers, including Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, and optimizing network infrastructure for cloud-native and non-cloud-native environments
- Designing and implementing hybrid connectivity and security solutions in collaboration with cyber, infrastructure, and vendor teams
- Developing automation scripts and workflows to deploy, configure, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and network services
- Creating technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials, while helping resolve escalated incidents and operational issues

Our team helps design, build, and support cloud network solutions that enable secure, scalable, and efficient technology operations across the enterprise. We work closely with infrastructure, cyber, and application teams to deliver resilient connectivity, improve platform capabilities, and support modern cloud adoption. This team also focuses on operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement across a multi-cloud environment.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience architecting and implementing public cloud platforms across 2 or more cloud service providers, including Azure, AWS, or GCP
- 4+ years of experience with public cloud networking and security in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise network technologies, including BGP, OSPF, IPv6, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, application gateways, content delivery networks, and IPsec virtual private network connections
- Experience deploying hybrid cloud connectivity solutions, including ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, Partner Interconnect, Virtual WAN, AWS Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway, SD-WAN, or VPN
- Experience using PowerShell, Python, Postman, CloudFormation, or Terraform to automate cloud infrastructure or security configuration
- Experience supporting network deployments in containerized environments, including Kubernetes
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
- Azure, AWS, or GCP certification; network specialty certification preferred
- Experience with software-defined networking
- Experience leading technical design discussions and implementation decisions
- Experience creating technical documentation, policies, and procedures
