The primary focus of this role will be working with a product suite from AvePoint, which involves configuration, developing proof of concepts, and building automation solutions that integrate with AvePoint using Python or Power Automate. Additionally, the role includes creating proof-of-concept solutions, troubleshooting, and addressing and resolving inquiries or issues from our customers. The AvePoint suite of products is utilized to manage M365 platforms, provide reporting capabilities on existing M365 workspaces, and enable our regional IT teams to independently manage their M365 assets.
Work you'll do
As a Services Specialist, IT Services on the Digital Collaboration Delivery team, you will be responsible for:
- Configure and support AvePoint products used to manage Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions and automation workflows using Python and Power Automate.
- Troubleshoot product, platform, and integration issues and resolve user inquiries in a timely manner.
- Administer and support web services and application components, including Internet Information Services, web application programming interfaces, and Windows Communication Foundation services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and virtual teams to deliver reporting, platform management, and operational support solutions.

Digital Collaboration Delivery develops products, applications, and services that support Deloitte professionals across global teams. The team focuses on improving the digital workplace experience through scalable collaboration, automation, and Microsoft 365-based solutions. This role supports a team environment centered on customer service, continuous improvement, and practical technology delivery.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree
- 3-6 years of experience in information technology, application support, systems administration, or business applications
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
- Experience configuring or supporting software-as-a-service applications
- Experience developing solutions using Python or Power Automate
- Experience working with Structured Query Language
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, or Application Insights
Preferred:
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Experience administering or supporting SharePoint
- Experience developing Power Automate workflows
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Experience administering Internet Information Services, web application programming interfaces, or Windows Communication Foundation services
