Work you'll do
As an Engineering Manager I on the Deloitte Global HR Technology team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading functional rollout, configuration, and adoption activities for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across global Deloitte offices
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather localization requirements and support deployment readiness
- Advising project teams and business stakeholders on functional requirements, design decisions, and leading-practice implementation approaches
- Configuring Employee Central components, including data models, metadata framework objects, business rules, workflows, time off, role-based permissions, story reporting, and transport activities
- Supporting system integration testing and user acceptance testing through defect resolution, configuration updates, and workbook maintenance
The team
The Deloitte Global HR Technology team supports enterprise HR systems that enable consistent, scalable people processes across Deloitte’s global network. The team works closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and deployment leads to deliver SAP SuccessFactors solutions that balance global standards with local business needs. This role is part of a team focused on driving adoption, configuration quality, and operational stability for Employee Central.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including 4+ full-cycle end-to-end implementations with Employee Central
- Active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification with an updated Credly profile
- Experience configuring Employee Central data models, metadata framework objects, business rules, latest people profile, event derivation, workflows, time off, role-based permissions, story reporting, and transport tools
- Experience supporting system integration testing and user acceptance testing, including defect resolution and configuration updates
- Experience managing user access, security roles, permissions, and S-User ID provisioning
- Experience working with integration teams and external system owners to resolve interface and data flow issues
- Experience maintaining SAP implementation workbooks through iterative delivery cycles
Preferred:
- Experience using Scaled Agile Framework methodology
- Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance & Goals Management and Recruiting Management
- Experience supporting global deployments across multiple countries or regions
