Position Summary

SDET Specialist supports the setup, configuration, and ongoing administration of the Tricentis Tosca ecosystem to maintain a stable and scalable test automation environment. This role focuses on enabling enterprise test automation across SAP and non-SAP applications, including platform configuration, repository management, distributed execution, and CI/CD integration. The role also supports AI-assisted testing capabilities, SAP testing tool integrations, and custom Tosca extensions using C#.

Work you'll do

As an SDET Specialist on the Core team, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and maintain Tosca test automation frameworks for SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications, including reusable modules, shared test components, and repository structures
  • Configure and administer Tosca workspaces, user access, repository synchronization, multi-user workspaces, and Tosca Repository Server environments
  • Implement and support SAP-focused test automation for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, BAPIs, and RFC interfaces, including integration with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager
  • Configure and manage Tosca Distributed Execution environments, Elastic Grid Agents, CI Node integrations, and automated test execution through CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop and maintain custom Tosca modules, steering modules, engines, and extensions using C# and the Tosca TCX API
  • Troubleshoot platform, execution, connectivity, and environment issues across Windows Server and cloud-hosted environments, including Azure and AWS

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or equivalent
  • 6-10 years of experience in test automation, quality engineering, or software development engineering in test
  • Experience with Tricentis Tosca test automation platform administration, configuration, and framework development
  • Experience integrating Tosca with SAP Cloud ALM
  • Experience integrating Tosca with SAP Solution Manager for test management, BPCA, or test plan synchronization
  • Experience developing custom Tosca modules or extensions using C#
  • Experience configuring CI/CD integrations using tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting test automation for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Fiori applications
  • Experience with Tosca Distributed Execution, Elastic Grid Agents, and CI Node configuration
  • Experience administering Tosca Repository Server, including backup, restore, migration, or multi-repository configuration
  • Experience with Tosca AI Workspace or AI-assisted test automation capabilities
  • Experience working with cloud-hosted environments such as Azure or AWS
  • Experience integrating test execution reporting with platforms such as Tricentis qTest or application lifecycle management tools
