Work you'll do
As a Software Specialist Engineer II on the GDAS – Tech Innovation team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead a team of 3–6 developers across multiple channels and support delivery across application development initiatives.
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using cloud technologies, front-end frameworks, and database platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define technical solutions, and support application architecture decisions.
- Lead research, proof of concepts, and adoption of cloud and generative artificial intelligence technologies within the team.
- Manage team operations including work allocation, quality reviews, documentation standards, code repository maintenance, and team member coaching.

GDAS – Tech Innovation sit inside Deloitte’s global shared services organization. Our group sits within GDAS and works on cognitive projects for Deloitte internal customers. We aim to delight users by delivering innovative applications that leverage current and emerging technologies.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer applications, engineering, or equivalent certification or diploma
- 5-8 years of experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions
- 3-6 years of experience designing and developing cloud solutions on a major cloud platform
- Experience with platform as a service solutions and cloud security protocols
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, .NET, or C#
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Preferred:
- Experience building applications integrated with large language models such as Azure OpenAI, Llama, or Claude
- Experience building applications using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or Azure AI Foundry
- Experience leading mid-size development teams
- Experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders across geographies
