Position Summary

 Product Management Specialist II

Product Management Specialist II supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology products and program management activities for the SWIFT ecosystem. This role works closely with program leadership, process leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to support delivery priorities, resource planning, reporting, and operational execution. The position also helps drive analytics, governance, and process discipline across multiple workstreams to support timely, high-quality outcomes.

Work you'll do

As a Product Management Specialist II on the SWIFT support team, you will be responsible for…

  • Supporting delivery of technology products and program activities, with focus on quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Partnering with process leads and stakeholders to document resource needs, delivery goals, scope, and desired outcomes for software solutions and global template initiatives
  • Developing reporting and documentation, including operational metrics, resource metrics, financial data, executive presentations, instructional materials, and team communications
  • Leading budget planning, resource planning, and analytical reporting activities to support Run, Change, and Grow priorities across the S4 Technology Team
  • Coordinating with ITS and cross-functional teams to address operational issues, support enhancements, and help resolve production and non-production environment needs

The team

This role supports a technology-focused team responsible for enabling program delivery, operational governance, and reporting across the SWIFT landscape. The team works closely with business stakeholders, process leads, and technology teams to support planning, execution, and continuous improvement across strategic initiatives.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5-9 years of experience supporting software projects in information technology roles
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, program management, or product support
  • Experience with data analytics, metrics reporting, resource planning, and budget modeling
  • Experience supporting software development lifecycle activities, including Agile development and testing
  • Experience working across multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
  • Experience using tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Project, HP Quality Center, SAP Solution Manager, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Deloitte SWIFT applications
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with TFS, Urban Turtle, automated quality assurance tools, or wireframing and visualization tools
  • Experience working with Agile development processes
  • Experience in packaged software development
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology projects or initiatives
