Position Summary

As a Product Management Specialist II, you will support and enhance Deloitte’s SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) capabilities by translating business requirements into scalable system solutions. In this role, you will work across configuration, functional design, issue resolution, and process improvement activities that support the order-to-cash lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings hands-on SAP SD experience in SAP S/4HANA environments and the ability to work across business and technical teams.

Work you'll do

As a Product Management Specialist II on the SAP SD team, you will be responsible for…

  • Gathering business requirements and translating end-user needs into functional specifications and SAP SD solutions
  • Configuring SAP SD capabilities in SAP S/4HANA to support pricing, order-to-cash, and related business processes
  • Collaborating with technical teams to deliver enhancements, third-party integrations, and interface solutions
  • Diagnosing production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to reduce repeat incidents
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes, system performance, and operational efficiency

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology
  • 3–6 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support in an enterprise environment
  • Experience configuring SAP SD pricing and order-to-cash processes in SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience writing functional specifications and working with technical teams on custom enhancements
  • Experience integrating SAP SD with Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), or Project Systems (PS)
  • Experience with BRF+, Intermediate Documents (IDocs), and third-party interfaces

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting production issue resolution and root cause analysis
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solution designs
  • Experience with SAP change management processes
  • Experience identifying process and system improvement opportunities in order-to-cash workflows
