Product Management Specialist II
You will support quality engineering and automation initiatives for complex web-based applications. This role requires experience building and modernizing automated testing solutions across enterprise environments, with hands-on work in framework development, test execution, and quality assurance processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to help deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient testing outcomes.
Work you'll do
As a Product Management Specialist II on the IT & Systems team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading automation testing activities for web-based applications to support quality, reliability, and release readiness
- Designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright, Tosca, and Selenium
- Building and executing automated tests for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios
- Supporting automation modernization efforts, including migration of Tosca assets to Playwright
- Integrating automated test suites into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines and tracking defects, execution status, and quality metrics

Our IT & Systems team works behind the scenes but is essential to the Deloitte organization. Our forward-thinking team members have the analytical skills needed to parse mountains of data and stellar communications skills needed to present research, discovery, and recommendations in a logical and easily understandable way. Our technologists provide IT infrastructure support and work with clients to develop custom enterprise applications. In addition, the team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies and comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development, Quality Assurance, and Performance.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance with test automation responsibilities
- Experience using Playwright, Tosca, and Selenium for test automation
- Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks for web applications
- Experience using TypeScript or Python for automation scripting
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
- Experience with defect tracking or test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Preferred:
- Experience migrating automation assets from Tosca to Playwright
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test automation
- Experience supporting Agile or Scrum delivery teams
- Experience with application programming interface automation or integration testing
- Experience with Salesforce testing or test automation
- Experience with SQL or backend data validation
