You will be responsible for:
- Leading technical delivery for ServiceNow platform implementations, including design, configuration, development, deployment, and documentation.
- Building and configuring ServiceNow capabilities such as Business Rules, Script Includes, Access Controls (ACLs), UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, workflows, and custom applications.
- Delivering integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using Representational State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), application programming interfaces (APIs), and web services.
- Supporting platform operations through testing, upgrades, data migrations, MID Server configuration, service mapping, reporting, dashboards, and defect triage.
- Reviewing technical solutions, code quality, non-functional requirements, and implementation approaches while supporting delivery teams, project managers, architects, and stakeholders.
The team
The GDAS ServiceNow team provides ServiceNow technology support to Deloitte Global and Member Firms.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 10-13 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or enterprise application delivery.
- 6-7 years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementations, including custom applications.
- 5+ years of experience leading ServiceNow technical teams.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Extensible Markup Language (XML), REST, and SOAP web services.
- Experience configuring ServiceNow capabilities, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Controls (ACLs), workflows, custom tables, reporting, and data imports.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, migrations, administration settings, MID Servers, and service mapping.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Experience with UI Builder and Workspace configuration in ServiceNow.
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery methodologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), or Now Assist.
