Program Strategy - Assistant Manager

Work you'll do
As an Assistant Manager, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) team, you will be responsible for:
- Support strategic programs and initiatives for Deloitte leaders across areas such as growth, innovation, industry disruption, alliances, and ecosystems
- Apply program management methodologies to drive execution, coordination, and progress tracking across workstreams
- Develop agendas, reporting cadences, key performance indicator trackers, and leadership-ready updates to support program governance
- Conduct research and analysis on competitive intelligence, industry trends, and strategic topics to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align priorities, refine expectations, and deliver actionable recommendations for leadership

Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms in support of pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Location: Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or master’s degree
- 6-9 years of experience in program management, strategy, or leadership reporting roles
- 2+ years of experience supporting program management activities
- Experience preparing materials, updates, or reporting for leadership-level audiences
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using research tools such as Refinitiv, Capital IQ, or Factiva
- Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools
Preferred:
- Experience working with senior leadership or in client service environments
- Experience using strategic planning frameworks and methodologies
- Program management certification from Project Management Institute (PMI), International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC), Scrum, or a comparable institution
