Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate Application Security team, you will be responsible for:
- Driving continuous improvement through ongoing discussions with clients and internal teams on service delivery and service-level agreement performance
- Serving as a subject matter specialist in SAP Application Security and SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance Access Control while managing incidents, service requests, and change tickets through Information Technology Service Management tools
- Performing root-cause analysis and problem management for recurring incidents and escalating risks, service-level agreement breaches, and recurring issues to leadership
- Leading support activities including ticket triage, queue management, service quality, and governance reporting on incident and service-level agreement metrics
- Supporting proposal development and contributing to team management and practice-level training efforts
The team
Deloitte's Cyber Risk Services help our clients build a secure and resilient digital foundation. As part of the Cyber Operate Application Security team, you will join our Cyber practice and be responsible for delivering SAP security support and assessments. Your responsibilities will include ongoing support of end-user security, internal automated controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses on the SAP platform.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage based on project assignment
Qualifications
Required:
- 6 -10 years of experience in SAP Security, SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance 10.x/12.x Access Control, and SAP S/4HANA in application managed services or support environments
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC security assessments, design, and ongoing support
- Experience with incident, problem, change, and service request management aligned to Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices
- Experience using ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira
- Experience providing recommendations on SAP security role design and ongoing support
- Experience with segregation of duties remediation and periodic access reviews
- Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, or Master of Science degree
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Identity Authentication Service/Identity Provisioning Service, SAP Business Intelligence, Supplier Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, Master Data Governance, and Human Resources security support
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, or Certified Information Systems Auditor certification
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- Experience in Big Four application managed services or managed services delivery
