Specialist, Procurement and Category Management
The Analyst – Talent Contingent Labor Operations will be responsible for developing and supporting key internal stakeholder and external supplier relationships in a variety of procurement categories, including contracting support in the areas of Talent- contingent Labor program

Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Procurement and Category Management on the Talent Category Management team, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as a procurement advisor to internal stakeholders by supporting sourcing, contracting, and supplier management activities for Talent and contingent labor categories
- Managing the end-to-end Statement of Work (SOW) lifecycle, including review, routing, approvals, execution, renewals, expirations, scope changes, and contract record maintenance
- Conducting market research, spend analysis, and supplier assessments to identify sourcing opportunities, support category strategies, and improve procurement outcomes
- Coordinating with business stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers to gather requirements, resolve contracting and invoicing issues, and support supplier performance management
- Preparing reports, tracking procurement activity and contract status, and identifying process improvement opportunities to help standardize workflows and documentation

More specifically, EA enables the business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. The team provides a wide array of services to the U.S and India professionals and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM; flexibility in shift timing is required
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract negotiation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience supporting contingent labor, recruitment services, or Talent procurement activities
- Experience managing Statements of Work (SOWs), contract renewals, or supplier agreements
- Experience working in a matrixed corporate environment
- Experience using SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, or similar procurement systems
- Experience preparing procurement, spend, contract, or supplier performance reports
Preferred:
- Experience supporting global or multi-region contingent labor programs
- Experience leading request for information (RFI) or request for proposal (RFP) activities
- Experience with supplier relationship management and rate negotiation
- Experience supporting stakeholders in a decentralized or cross-functional business environment
