Associate, Contracts and Procurement Management
Seeking a high performing and motivated candidate to grow the Procurement team in India (USI Delivery Centre). This Analyst role will be responsible for developing and supporting key internal clients with Sustainability projects in USI and global regions.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Contracts and Procurement Management on the Procurement Strategy and Operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with internal stakeholders, business units, and global sustainability teams to support operational goals and project priorities.
- Executing sustainability and procurement workstreams independently or in small teams, including research, analysis, and deliverable development.
- Supporting procurement activities by analyzing categories, coordinating request for proposal and request for quotation activities, and evaluating supplier responses using defined frameworks.
- Managing project activities including risk assessment, requirements tracking, performance reporting, and portfolio monitoring.
- Developing executive-ready materials, summaries, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for leadership and stakeholder audiences.
The team
Enabling Areas (EA) at the U.S. India offices are the support arm of the organization and comprises several groups including Talent, Technology, Finance, Communications, Field Operations, etc. EA gives every client service business unit access to the best and brightest resources when it comes to support services. More specifically, EA enables the business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. The team provides a wide array of services to the U.S and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST with flexibility to accommodate business needs
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or another business discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in sustainability, sustainable procurement, procurement operations, project management office, or project management roles.
- Experience supporting procurement activities, including request for proposal or request for quotation processes, supplier evaluation, or category analysis.
- Experience supporting project management activities, including risk assessment, performance reporting, requirements tracking, or portfolio monitoring.
- Experience creating presentations, reports, or summaries using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders across business functions or geographies.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting sustainability programs or sustainable procurement initiatives.
- Experience working in a multinational business environment.
- Experience in a project management office role.
- Experience preparing executive briefs, abstracts, or business summaries.
- Experience working with global teams.
