Specialist, Content Management

Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Content Management on the Collection Curation team, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct research and analysis on aligned topics to identify trends, client issues, Deloitte assets, and content opportunities.
- Curate, review, tag, and maintain content across repositories and portal environments using metadata and taxonomy standards.
- Prepare competitive intelligence briefs, content usage analyses, search insights, and other curation deliverables to inform collection priorities.
- Partner with curators and stakeholders to support content acquisition, scope discussions, portal management, and collection launch activities.
- Lead or support project planning, quality reviews, risk identification, and process improvement efforts across assigned workstreams.
The team
The Collection Curation Team works closely with global Deloitte practitioners to acquire and publish content related to key topics across Businesses and Industries to the global d management portal and manage the topic related intranet sites. This content is intended to help Deloitte practitioners find relevant content just in time to win new projects and deliver quicker and quality deliverables to their clients.
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Mass Communication, Humanities, Library Science, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in secondary research, content curation, knowledge management, or content management
- Experience using content management platforms, SharePoint, or intranet publishing tools
- Experience applying metadata, taxonomy, and search practices to support content organization and retrieval
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in a professional environment
- Experience analyzing content usage data, metrics, or dashboards to identify trends and support decisions
- Experience managing project deliverables, timelines, and quality reviews across multiple assignments
Preferred:
- Experience supporting business or industry-focused content programs
- Experience using research databases or third-party sources such as Factiva, Hoover’s, OneSource, Thomson, or industry journals
- Experience preparing competitive intelligence briefs, content summaries, or abstracting materials
- Experience using Tableau dashboards or similar reporting tools
- Experience working with intranet social media or collaboration tools
- Experience using GenAI tools in a professional setting
