We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our Operate Services Presales & Solutioning team. In this role, you will support estimation and pricing activities for client requests for proposal (RFPs) across Operate service towers. You will work with solution, commercial, and delivery stakeholders to develop pricing inputs, support proposal development, and help produce commercially sound submissions aligned to client requirements and internal standards.

Work you'll do

As an Operations Associate on the Presales & Solutioning – Operate Services team, you will be responsible for…

  • Supporting estimation activities for RFPs, including scope decomposition and effort sizing across Operate service towers
  • Mapping scope items to the appropriate delivery towers and aligning inputs to the proposed solution approach
  • Preparing estimates for Time and Materials (T&M) and Managed Services engagements using standard templates and pricing inputs
  • Building and maintaining pricing models that incorporate bill rates, cost rates, expenses, discounts, service credits, reserves, and other commercial assumptions
  • Benchmarking estimates using approved market data and preparing concise summaries for leadership review
  • Coordinating with global solution, delivery, and commercial teams to support quality, governance, and timely proposal submissions

The team

You will be part of the Solutions Hub BPaaS team; Solutions Architect Finance team, a group of specialists focused on P2P and O2C process excellence and digital transformation. This team partners with clients to redesign finance operations, evaluate automation opportunities, and deliver high-impact solutions across industries. 

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai

Shift Timings: Various shift timings, including night shifts, as required by business needs; work from office five days per week.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in presales, solutioning, pricing, proposal support, or commercial operations roles
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macros
  • Experience supporting request for proposal (RFP) estimation, effort sizing, scope mapping, or pricing activities
  • Experience working with Time and Materials (T&M) and Managed Services pricing or estimation models
  • Experience using pricing templates that include bill rates, cost rates, expenses, discounts, service credits, reserves, margin, or earnings inputs

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Operate service towers such as Application Management Services (AMS), Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), cybersecurity, business process as a service (BPaaS), or contact center
  • Experience using benchmark inputs from third-party advisors such as Everest Group or Information Services Group (ISG)
  • Experience preparing leadership review materials, pricing summaries, or commercial analysis outputs
  • Experience using generative artificial intelligence (AI) productivity tools in analysis, drafting, or estimation support
