WMS Manhattan – Consultant, Technical Transformation

Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as a Consultant, WMS Manhattan, where you will support digital transformation initiatives across warehouse management and logistics environments. In this role, you will contribute to the design, configuration, deployment, and support of Manhattan WMS solutions for complex client needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business and functional requirements into scalable solution outcomes, deliver quality work products within project timelines, and support implementation activities across the solution lifecycle.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, WMS Manhattan on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting implementation activities for Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder WMS, or HighJump across requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, solution design artifacts, and project documentation
• Coordinating with client stakeholders and onsite/offshore teams to support project design activities, issue resolution, and delivery of work products
• Supporting data integration, legacy data conversion, spreadsheet-based analysis, and data management activities across logistics transformation engagements
• Assisting with solution validation during development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients’ toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• 3-6 years of experience in Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder WMS, or HighJump implementation, configuration, enhancement, or support activities
• Experience with key control settings, analytics, data integration, legacy data conversion, spreadsheets, or data management activities
• Experience coordinating functional and technical workstreams across onsite and offshore delivery teams
• Experience facilitating project design activities, deployment workshops, or client working sessions
• Experience supporting business process design across warehousing, transportation management, 3PL, or carrier management processes
• Experience validating configurations or customizations during development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment
• BE/B.Tech./M.C.A./M.Tech. degree or equivalent from an accredited university

Preferred:

• Experience with Project44, FourKites, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or HighJump applications
• Experience in automobiles, high tech, life sciences, or consumer products industry environments
• Experience across software implementation life cycle activities including business requirements, functional specifications, test planning, user training, and deployment
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, functional testing documentation, and user acceptance testing support materials
• Certification in Manhattan or Blue Yonder
• 2+ full life cycle logistics transformation software implementations focused on warehousing and transportation management processes
