MES Apriso –Consultant, Technical Transformation
Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as a Consultant, MES Apriso, where you will support the delivery of manufacturing execution system solutions that help clients improve operational performance, compliance, and digital manufacturing capabilities. In this role, you will contribute to MES design, configuration, implementation, integration, and deployment activities across complex manufacturing environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality work products, support client requirements, and help enable scalable technology solutions aligned to business objectives.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, MES Apriso on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting MES transformation and implementation initiatives across client environments.
- Support requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for MES implementations.
- Configure and customize MES capabilities across production, quality management, dispatching, scheduling, work-in-process tracking, resource tracking, and maintenance management processes.
- Support MES integration activities across enterprise resource planning, Level 2 automation, supervisory control and data acquisition, product lifecycle management, advanced planning systems, laboratory information management systems, and other connected platforms.
- Contribute to workshops, solution documentation, data model validation, configuration validation, testing, and training support for business and technology stakeholders.
- Support issue analysis, defect resolution, and continuous improvement activities across MES implementations and enhancement releases.

We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.
Location: Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune / Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Technology, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing execution systems in large company environments
- Experience configuring, customizing, or implementing DELMIA Apriso or similar manufacturing execution system platforms
- Experience applying ISA-95 or ISA-88 standards and GxP, GAMP, or 21 CFR Part 11 requirements in manufacturing technology environments
- Experience integrating manufacturing execution systems with enterprise resource planning, supervisory control and data acquisition, or Level 2 automation systems
- Experience with Java or C# .NET, Oracle or SQL databases, and RESTful APIs or web services
- Experience supporting manufacturing functions such as quality management, dispatching, scheduling, work-in-process tracking, resource tracking, or maintenance management
Preferred:
- Experience conducting requirements workshops, data model reviews, or configuration validation sessions
- Experience performing AS-IS assessments and developing TO-BE process or solution designs
- Experience designing, prototyping, testing, training, or supporting manufacturing execution system implementations
- Experience with product lifecycle management, advanced planning systems, laboratory information management systems, or Level 3 or Level 4 system integrations
- Experience with BOM, MBOM, or BOP structures in manufacturing environments
- Experience with Industry 4.0, digital supply networks, automation tools, or manufacturing technology trends
