Kinaxis - Consultant, Technical Transformation
Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as a Consultant, Kinaxis, where you will support digital transformation and optimization initiatives across supply chain planning environments. In this role, you will support the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization of Kinaxis solutions for complex client needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions, deliver quality work products within project timelines, and support implementation activities across the solution lifecycle.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Kinaxis on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting Kinaxis implementation activities across requirements analysis, solution configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution design artifacts
• Coordinating with client stakeholders and onsite/offshore teams to support workshops, issue resolution, and delivery of project work products
• Supporting data integration, legacy data conversion, and data management activities across spreadsheets, source systems, and planning platforms
• Assisting with solution validation across development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment phases

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in Kinaxis implementation, configuration, enhancement, or support activities
• Experience with data integration, legacy data conversion, spreadsheet-based data handling, or data management activities
• Experience coordinating functional and technical workstreams across onsite and offshore delivery teams
• Experience facilitating client workshops, solution design sessions, or deployment activities for supply chain planning solutions
• Experience supporting validation across development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment phases
• Experience supporting business process design across supply planning, inventory management, or supplier collaboration
• BE/B.Tech./M.C.A./M.Tech. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Preferred:
• Experience in automobiles or consumer products industry environments
• Experience with JDA (Blue Yonder), o9 Solutions, OMP, or Logility Voyager
• Experience with software implementation life cycle activities including business requirements, functional specifications, test planning, user training, and deployment
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and functional testing documentation
• Experience supporting issue resolution and user acceptance testing activities
• Experience developing tools, training materials, or knowledge assets for project teams
