Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations transform core business operations through technology, data, and innovation across finance, supply chain, and IT. Within this practice, professionals work with Deloitte client service teams to design and deliver solutions that improve operational performance, enable digital transformation, and drive measurable business outcomes.

As part of this team, you will help clients address complex supply chain challenges by combining functional knowledge with emerging technologies, including Generative AI and intelligent automation. The work spans areas such as planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, with a focus on building practical, scalable solutions that support better decision-making and business performance.

Position Summary

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Software Engineering on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:

Designing, building, and deploying agentic artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence solutions for product development use cases.
Implementing/Configuring Aspen tech applications like APS, MBO, Aspen Online, AURA and other related Aspen tools
Support Aspen tech applications and well versed with service now processes
Integrating solutions with enterprise platforms and cloud environments, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
Working with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, validate outputs, and measure performance through defined operational metrics.

We support Deloitte client service teams of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate with leading insights providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business solutions.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients’ toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements

Qualifications

Required:

4-8 years of experience in Aspen Tech Technology to support, configure, and enhance critical process operations and planning solutions across the enterprise. Hands-on expertise with Aspen Tech applications, including Aspen SLM, MBO, HYSYS, APS, PIMS, and AURA, and will collaborate with business and technical teams to improve operational performance, planning accuracy, and decision-making. This role combines technical application support, process optimization, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Basic understanding of SQL databases.
Experience with Python/PowerShell scripting in production-grade application development.
Experience with application migration/upgrades.
BE, BTech, MCA, MSc (Computer Science), or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.

Preferred:

Experience with SQL databases
Basic understanding of Aveva PI application including PI Data archive, Pivision, PI AF, PI WebaPI
