Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice helps organizations improve business outcomes through platform-enabled transformation, technology modernization, and operational improvement. As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that help clients streamline processes, improve service delivery, and create long-term business value.

Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you'll do

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Developer to design, implement, and support ServiceNow TPRM solutions that strengthen vendor governance, risk visibility, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. The ideal candidate combines functional knowledge of third-party risk processes with hands-on ServiceNow IRM / GRC platform expertise and can translate business requirements into scalable workflows, assessments, dashboards, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow TPRM / TPRP capabilities, including third-party records, contacts, inherent risk questionnaires, due diligence workflows, issues, and remediation tracking
  • Design and maintain risk assessments, scoring models, approval flows, questionnaires, and risk rating logic
  • Integrate TPRM with broader IRM / GRC capabilities, vendor management processes, and CMDB where applicable
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Security, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align workflows
  • Build dashboards, reports, and monitoring views for third-party risk status, compliance posture, assessment completion, and remediation progress
  • Maintain documentation for solution design, configuration, workflows, and operating procedures
  • Support continuous improvement of third-party onboarding, reassessment, escalation, and offboarding processes

Required Qualifications

  • 6-10 years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and strong exposure to TPRM, IRM, or GRC modules
  • Solid understanding of third-party risk, vendor risk, compliance processes, control frameworks, and risk scoring methodologies
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration and development, including workflows, Business Rules, reporting, dashboards, and preferably JavaScript
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external vendor, risk, or enterprise platforms using APIs and standard web services
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Third-Party Risk Management (CIS-TPRM)
  • ServiceNow CIS in GRC / IRM for broader integrated risk roles
  • Industry certifications such as CRISC, CISM, or privacy/risk credentials
  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or critical infrastructure

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Shift Timings: 24x7 including night shift as per business requirements
