As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that help clients streamline processes, improve service delivery, and create long-term business value.
Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

As a Senior Consultant, in the Enterprise Operations Portfolio team, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Service Design Leadership & Business Process Mastery
- Coordinate Service Design phases (Alignment, Discovery, Prototype, Implement).
- Master client business processes and ensure service designs align with SLAs, compliance, and business operations.
- Engage suppliers and SMEs to capture operational impacts.
- Service Transition Planning & Execution
- Lead Operational Impact Assessments and present to governance.
- Develop and refine Service Transition Plans.
- Coordinate E2E process development, Operational Guides, ORT input, and readiness deliverables.
- Deliver KT for SIAM services; ensure vendors deliver KT for their components.
- Drive PRC and Transition-to-Operations approvals.
- 3. Process Development & Governance
- Write and update new or modified processes, templates, playbooks, and RACIs.
- Support governance committees with process proposals.
- 4. Knowledge Transfer Material Development & Delivery-
- Develop structured KT packages, runbooks, operational guides, and training materials and - Deliver KT sessions and ensure receipt acknowledgment.
- 5. Automation & AI Enablement Integrate automation into workflows and enable AI insights for risk scoring and forecasting.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement- Track metrics, success factors, risks, and lessons learned to refine processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement-Collaborate directly with teams, vendors, SMEs, architects, and leadership.
- Tools & ArtifactsService Design Package, Transition Plan, OIA, PRC, KT materials, Operational Guides.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24x7 including night shift as per business requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- 6-10 years of ServiceNow development experience in large enterprise environments
- Experience in technology implementation across complex environments.
- Strong process development capability.
- Proven training and knowledge transfer experience.
- Business analysis expertise including requirements gathering.
- ITIL/ITSM knowledge; ITIL certification ideal.
- Project management experience; PMP is an asset.
