As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that help clients streamline processes, improve service delivery, and create long-term business value.

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

As a Senior Consultant, in the Enterprise Operations Portfolio team, you will be responsible for:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Service Portal Developer to design, develop, and enhance modern self-service experiences on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on building responsive portals, custom widgets, catalog experiences, and integrations that improve user experience and streamline service delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow platform knowledge with front-end development skills and can translate business requirements into scalable portal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal pages, themes, and reusable widgets using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
  • Configure and enhance Service Catalog items, record producers, and order guides to support intuitive request fulfillment
  • Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server where required
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable portal solutions
  • Develop and optimize client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and Flow Designer components to automate portal behavior and service workflows
  • Improve portal usability, personalization, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness to drive adoption and user satisfaction
  • Support testing, defect resolution, UAT, and documentation to ensure stable and supportable releases
  • Stay current with ServiceNow release features and recommend improvements, including evolving experience frameworks and AI-enabled self-service features

Required Qualifications

  • 6-10 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant with strong hands-on Service Portal experience
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or CSM
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts such as GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
  • Hands-on experience with AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap in the context of Service Portal development
  • Experience designing integrations using REST or SOAP APIs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow implementation certification relevant to portal or employee experience solutions
  • Experience with UI Builder and Now Experience Framework
  • Familiarity with Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, or related AI features
  • Experience with Agile delivery methods such as Scrum or Kanban

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Shift Timings: 24x7 including night shift as per business requirements
