Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Enterprise Operations Portfolio team, you will be responsible for:
- Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support business and functional requirements across IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Human Resources Service Delivery.
- Develop integrations, automate workflows, and support platform stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and defect resolution across environments.
- Participate in design sessions, evaluate configuration options, review functional requirements, and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, support user training, and apply ServiceNow development standards and platform best practices.
- Contribute across the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, continuous improvement, and project support as required.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 including night shift as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of ServiceNow development experience in large enterprise environments
- Experience configuring and developing ServiceNow using UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets, and MID Server configuration
- Experience with JavaScript, HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Bootstrap, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Representational State Transfer (REST), and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP)
- Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or custom applications
- Experience with Asset Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Orchestration, and ServiceWatch
- Experience working in Agile development and application development lifecycle phases
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Understanding of ServiceNow Agentic AI framework
- Experience integrating generative artificial intelligence models into ServiceNow workflows
- Exposure to ServiceNow Now Assist
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- ITIL v3/v4 or Agile/Scrum certification
