As a Operations Trainee Associate at Deloitte, you will be responsible for resolving internal & external queries related to process transactions within due timelines.
Work you'll do
As an Operations Trainee on the Enterprise Operations as A Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Perform accounts receivable activities including cash application, adjustments, deduction and dispute management, and customer interactions
- Execute defined process steps using enterprise resource planning systems and digital tools
- Resolve internal and external queries within defined timelines and support root cause analysis for process issues
- Maintain master data records, document process exceptions, and highlight frequently delayed process steps
- Meet productivity targets and support operational excellence, transformation activities, and onboarding of new associates

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent 3-year graduate degree
- 0-6 months of experience in accounts receivable
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- Certification in Oracle or SAP
- Experience with master data management
- Experience documenting process exceptions
- Experience supporting process improvement activities
