Operations Lead Senior Associate
As a Lead Senior Associate at Deloitte, you will oversee transitions, resolve and escalate issues, liaise with clients, drive operational improvements, coach junior team members, and support continuous improvement and governance.
Work you'll do
As an Operations Lead Senior Associate on the Enterprise Operations as A Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead small-scale processes or workstreams and document workflows, standard operating procedures, dependencies, and handoffs
- Analyze bank statements, lockbox, electronic data interchange, and electronic funds transfer documents and perform transactions using enterprise resource planning systems and digital tools
- Review process exceptions, execute settlements and adjustments, and document process updates in standard operating procedures following review and sign-off
- Prepare and analyze metrics and reports, monitor sub-process performance against service-level agreements and benchmarks, and identify redundancies and inefficiencies
- Resolve internal and external queries within defined turnaround times, liaise with internal and external teams to address issues and risks, and support governance discussions
- Coach junior team members, document issue resolution and exception handling techniques, and support operational excellence and transformation initiatives

Qualifications
Required:
- 9+ years of experience in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, or subprocesses including accounts receivable, collections, or cash application
- Experience leading small-scale processes or workstreams
- Experience using Oracle or SAP
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes
- Experience analyzing bank statements, lockbox, electronic data interchange, and electronic funds transfer documents
- Experience preparing and analyzing metrics and reports
- Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent 3-year graduate degree
Preferred:
- ACS, ICWA, or Master of Commerce
- Experience working in a shared services center
- Experience documenting standard operating procedures
- Experience monitoring service-level agreements and process metrics
- Experience coaching junior team members
- Experience supporting operational excellence or transformation initiatives
