Job Summary:
As a Operations Lead Junior Associate at Deloitte, you will be responsible for resolving internal & external queries related to process transactions within due timelines, along with supporting team leads with relevant information with respect to any queries/issues raised in governance forums.
Work you'll do
As an Operations Lead Junior Associate on the Enterprise Operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain finance transaction records and support processing of invoices and expense vouchers within defined timelines
- Ensure accurate posting of financial transactions and journal entries in line with process requirements
- Generate routine reports and summaries and support responses to internal and external process queries
- Support period-end financial closing activities while meeting service-level agreements and UK stakeholder expectations
- Maintain compliance with data protection requirements and deliver quality work in a 24/7 team environment

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Management, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- 18 months-3 years of experience in finance operations
- Experience in accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred:
- Experience supporting UK stakeholders
- Experience with period-end financial closing activities
- Experience working in a 24/7 operations environment
