As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate—IAM team, you will be responsible for supporting the design, deployment, and administration of CyberArk privileged access management solutions across client environments.
- Architect and design CyberArk privileged access management solutions, including Vault, Privileged Vault Web Access, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager, and Privileged Threat Analytics
- Lead complex issue resolution for escalations from Level 1 and Level 2 support, including log analysis, platform debugging, and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain Central Policy Manager and Privileged Session Manager plug-ins, connectors, and platforms for unsupported systems
- Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery activities, capacity planning, and performance tuning for CyberArk environments
- Integrate CyberArk with identity governance and administration, security information and event management, multifactor authentication, ticketing systems, and other enterprise security platforms
- Define and enforce password policies, compliance configurations, onboarding automation, and operational documentation for incidents, known issues, and standard operating procedures

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential. Must be willing to work 24x7 rotational shifts. On-call support required based on project assignments.
Qualifications
Required:
- BE, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. (Computer Science), or equivalent, from an accredited university
- 6-9 years of experience implementing CyberArk privileged access management projects
- Experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud and self-hosted CyberArk environments
- Experience onboarding Windows, Linux, cloud, and database administrator target systems, including bulk onboarding of privileged accounts, into CyberArk
- Experience managing application service accounts and secrets using Central Credential Provider and Secrets Hub, including sync policy configuration
- Experience maintaining high-availability and disaster recovery configurations, patching, upgrades, network management, and load balancer configuration for CyberArk infrastructure
- Experience troubleshooting Active Directory, security information and event management, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, password management, and session management issues, and documenting standard operating procedures and administrator guides
Preferred:
- CyberArk certifications such as Defender, Sentry, CDE PAM, CDE CPC, or CDE EPM
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional or Project Management Professional certification
