As a Specialist, Analytics and Insights, you will support leadership by delivering reporting, analysis, and actionable insights across sales, pipeline, and revenue performance. You will work with stakeholders across the firm to translate business questions into analytical approaches, develop reporting solutions, and identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. The role requires strong execution across recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboard development, data quality, and process improvement. This professional is expected to deliver high-quality work products within defined timelines while supporting transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement across reporting processes.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Analytics and Insights on the Marketplace Reporting & Analytics Center of Excellence (MR&A COE) team, you will be responsible for:

  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches using internal reporting tools and financial systems.
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting, including requirements gathering, data validation, production, distribution, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, including data models, measures, visuals, and refresh logic.
  • Analyze revenue, sales, and pipeline performance to identify drivers, risks, opportunities, and data quality issues.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize reporting, reduce manual effort, improve turnaround time, and strengthen reporting documentation.

The team

The Marketplace Reporting & Analytics Center of Excellence (MR&A COE) is part of US Markets within National Consulting Enabling Areas. The team supports Consulting across Sectors/Industries, Offering Portfolios (OPs), and Strategic Growth Market (SGM) networks by delivering robust reporting, analytics, and executive-ready insights. We enable financial and talent reporting using SWIFT and Jupiter data, while driving continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and enhanced analytics.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, reporting, analytics, or financial performance management
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX
  • Experience developing reporting, analysis, and insights for sales, pipeline, revenue, or financial performance metrics
  • Experience performing data validation, reconciliations, variance analysis, and root-cause analysis
  • Experience managing multiple reporting deliverables and deadlines in a structured business environment

Preferred:

  • Experience using Tableau
  • Experience using Python for reporting, analytics, or automation
  • Experience using SQL and working with large datasets and data transformations
  • Experience supporting executive reporting and key performance indicator governance
  • Experience improving reporting processes through automation, standardization, or reusable templates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or an MBA in Finance
