As a Software Engineer III, you will design and deliver ServiceNow solutions that help address complex business and technology needs. In this role, you will support the development of scalable platform capabilities, contribute to innovation across ServiceNow and Generative AI use cases, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will also help advance platform adoption, operational efficiency, and solution quality across internal and client-focused initiatives.

Work you'll do

As a Software Engineer III on the IDT team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
  • Building and enhancing workflows, integrations, portals, and platform capabilities across the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Supporting Generative AI-enabled use cases, including virtual agents, automation, and AI-driven workflow solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, process owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs
  • Leading or contributing to testing, platform maintenance, upgrade planning, deployment activities, and ongoing optimization

IDT encompasses many teams—dreamers, designers, builders—and partners with the business to bring a unique POV to deliver services and products for clients.

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai/Pune

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
  • Experience leading technical project teams
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Information Technology Service Management, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, or Security Operations
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration and development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Access Control Lists, and Script Includes
  • Experience with ServiceNow application integrations using REST or SOAP
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Experience with software development life cycle and testing cycles
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Certified Application Developer certification
  • Experience delivering ServiceNow Generative AI solutions, including virtual agents or predictive analytics
  • Experience with web application development using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
