Position Summary 

UI/UX Figma Designer 

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.   

Work you’ll do:

HC Forward is Deloitte’s innovation engine for Human Capital, integrating technology, data, and industry expertise to create scalable solutions and assets that extend client capabilities and drive ongoing value across all Human Capital offerings.

  • Travel as required by project needs.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills to facilitate business conversations
  • Create user-centric designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Low fidelity & High-fidelity diagram.

UI/UX Lead

  • Lead design strategy and oversee large or complex projects.
  • Define and maintain design systems within Figma; advocate for best practices.
  • Guide clients and internal teams on UX goals, process, and technical feasibility.
  • User research studies.
  • User flows, persona and user journey maps 

Common Skills: Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system; strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design, ability to collaborate effectively with developers, stakeholders and users.

Preferred Skills: Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for design handoff or light development; Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards; exposure to user research, analytics tools, or motion/animation design

Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS or related).
