Position Summary 

Engineering Lead

Role Summary

Lead the engineering charter for Human Capital — building high-performing teams, shaping platform architecture, and delivering products that move our practice forward across Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & mentor engineering teams and build a culture of quality, ownership and innovation
  • Own end-to-end delivery of features and platform capabilities with predictable, agile release cycles
  • Set technical direction — architecture, cloud modernization, scalability, security and performance
  • Partner with Product & Design to turn business objectives into execution plans
  • Represent engineering with executive leadership and cross[1]functional partners

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in software engineering
  • 3–7+ years leading engineering teams
  • Depth in Full-Stack, Agentic AI frameworks, Hyperscalers, Data Science, DevOps & technical architecture
  • Distributed systems, microservices & cloud-native on AWS · Azure · GCP
  • Track record taking complex products from concept to production at scale
  • Agile/Scrum delivery · strong communication & stakeholder management

Education

  • BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). A Master’s degree or post-graduate specialization in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Cloud Computing is a plus.

Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai (Hybrid; travel to client sites as required)
