Position Summary
Level: Sr. Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
For Functional role: As an Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Functional Consultant, you will support workforce management assessments and implementations by translating business requirements into configured solutions across timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, labor forecasting/optimization, budgeting, and mobility. You will work with client stakeholders and project teams to deliver outcomes from requirements through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle: requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper care.
- Facilitate and document requirements; translate needs into functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
- Configure and test timekeeping pay rules, time & attendance rules, validations, and policies.
- Configuration of (Multi-view Scheduler) and advanced workforce planning concepts; assist with forecasting/optimization and budgeting features where in scope.
- Data conversion/migration activities: mapping, validation, reconciliation, and defect follow-up.
- Expertise on usage of data migration tools for single and multi-tenants is essential.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations/interfaces (e.g., HRIS/payroll), including functional mapping and end-to-end validation.
- Support cutover planning and execution, go-live readiness, and post-go-live issue resolution.
- Maintain security configuration and master data constructs (e.g., labor levels/sets, employee groups) and support communications/training for releases.
For Technical role: The Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Technical Consultant supports end-to-end delivery of Infor WFM solutions by building configurations, integrations, data conversions, and technical enhancements. This role partners with functional leads and client technical teams to deliver stable, testable solutions through implementation and post–go-live support.
- Configure and support Infor WFM technical components (time & attendance rules, scheduling constructs, accrual/absence rules, exceptions, and calculation logic).
- Build and maintain integrations between Infor WFM and HR/payroll/ERP systems using APIs and/or file-based interfaces (SFTP), middleware, and/or Infor ION (as applicable).
- Develop and maintain Groovy scripts to extend/customize WFM behaviour, adhering to coding standards and performance/security practices.
- Execute data conversion activities: extract, cleanse, transform, load, and reconcile employee, schedule, time, and accrual/balance data.
- Develop and maintain operational and audit reports/queries to support payroll sign-off and compliance needs.
- Support testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll): prepare test data, validate outcomes, triage defects, and document fixes.
- Assist with environment management and releases (configuration migration, deployment support, version control practices, rollback planning).
- Troubleshoot calculation discrepancies and interface failures; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Produce technical documentation (design specs, mappings, runbooks) and participate in knowledge transfer to client teams.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience with Infor WFM 7.2, 2025.x, 2026.x (single- and multi-tenant).
- Exposure to reporting tools (e.g., Cognos)
- Experience with complex integrations, extensions/customizations.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Infor WFM Consultant certification.
- Experience integrating WFM with HR/payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, UKG).
- Exposure to identity/security patterns (RBAC, SSO/SAML/OIDC) in SaaS environments.
- Experience with multi-site deployments, union/complex pay rules, or regulated environments.
Education:
• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
