Finance Transformation
Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.
Position Summary
Level: Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Our ‘Finance Strategy’ offering works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We help advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service recommendations, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to guide enterprise-wide decision-making, elevate the finance function with digital capabilities and help create impact within their organization.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, ability to work with teams, navigate steep learning curve, and demonstrate management consulting skills to be part of the Finance Strategy offering.
Qualifications:
Must have Skills:
· Hands-on experience as any of the following:
- Worked at the CFO organizations at leading multinationals and help develop vision and strategy for the Finance organization
- Supported Finance transformation projects across people, processes, data and technology
- Conducted current state maturity and benchmarking of finance function and developed initiatives and roadmap for transformation
- Supported strategy design and execution of large-scale transformation projects
- Supported ERP Finance Transformation primarily focusing on current state assessment, visioning, vendor landscape assessment and vendor selection, fit gap analysis, implementation roadmap etc.
· Fair understanding of the finance processes and strategies to drive strategic improvements in areas of Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Financial Planning & Analysis, etc.
· Understanding of operating model transformations and navigating through the end-to-end design and implementation journey
· Analytical and Hypothesis driven problem-solving approach, process and operations analysis, processing, and analysis of large financial and non-financial data sets
· Exposure to working in non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and/ or interacting with Global stakeholders
· Functional understanding of financial applications/tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, etc. is preferable and the latest digital technologies such as Robotic Automation, GenAI, Predictive Analytics etc. and their applications in business and Finance
· Project management experience (either leading or supporting)
Education:
· MBA / MS / CA from a leading school in India or abroad
· 0-3 years of hands-on relevant experience post MBA
· 1-3 years of hands-on relevant experience post MS / CA
