Finance Transformation

We are looking for motivated and talented VB.NET/C# developers to join us. Upon joining, you will be cross-skilled on OneStream through a structured training program. This role is designed for practitioners with a strong VB.NET/C# foundation who are eager to transition into EPM consulting and bring communication and client-facing skills. Prior OneStream experience is not required; technical aptitude, willingness to reskill, and a consulting mindset are key.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of OneStream solutions for financial consolidation, planning, and reporting engagements.
  • Translating business and functional requirements into technical solutions using VB.NET, C#, .NET frameworks, and data integration approaches.
  • Assisting with solution build activities including business rules, workflows, data loads, reports, and platform configurations.
  • Collaborating with project teams across geographies to prepare deliverables, resolve defects, and support implementation milestones.
  • Participating in structured OneStream training and certification activities to build delivery capability within the practice.

The team

Our Finance Transformation team helps organizations improve finance operations, enterprise performance management, and reporting through a combination of process, technology, and industry knowledge. The team supports clients across transformation initiatives by bringing together functional understanding and technology delivery capabilities. In this role, you will work with practitioners focused on building scalable OneStream solutions for complex business needs.

Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Pune

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of hands-on development experience using VB.NET and/or C#
  • Experience applying object-oriented programming principles in application development
  • Experience working with .NET libraries and frameworks
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent
  • Experience with application programming interfaces, data integration patterns, or extract, transform, load pipelines
  • Experience working in client service, consulting, or project delivery environments

Preferred:

  • Experience with enterprise performance management, corporate performance management, or financial planning platforms such as OneStream, Anaplan, Hyperion, or TM1
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with Python or SQL in support of application development or integration work
  • Experience with financial consolidation, close processes, or management reporting
  • OneStream training or certification
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools or generative artificial intelligence technologies
