Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Business Finance | Profitability, Costing and Allocations team, you will be responsible for:
- Design accounting data models and rules engines to deliver accurate and accessible financial information.
- Assess current-state finance data architecture, identify gaps against target-state needs, and support future-state design across data elements such as chart of accounts, profit center, and cost center.
- Configure and implement SAP PaPM solutions, including calculation rules, allocation rules, and reporting structures based on business requirements.
- Integrate SAP PaPM with SAP modules and external systems to support data flow, profitability analysis, and performance management reporting.
- Support testing, documentation, user training, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of SAP PaPM solutions.
The team
Manages risk and opportunities associated with diverse and complex grant programs through end-to-end grants management solutions. Examples of work: Finance Analytics, FP&A & Management Reporting, Profitability, Costing and Allocations.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline; Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) may also be considered
- 2-5 years of experience in finance transformation, profitability analysis, performance management, or accounting technology implementations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and technical designs
- Experience developing or configuring data models, PaPM functions, interfaces, calculation rules, allocation rules, or custom reports
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), Structured Query Language (SQL), or visualization tools
Preferred:
- Experience with finance data architecture, including chart of accounts, profit center, and cost center structures
- Experience integrating SAP PaPM with other SAP modules or external systems
- Experience performing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, and support artifacts
- Experience with analytics tools such as SAS, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), or R
- Experience supporting multinational or cross-industry client environments
