Level: OneStream Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and implementation of OneStream solutions aligned to client business objectives.
- Translating business requirements into scalable OneStream solution designs across close, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis processes.
- Managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Serving as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders by providing technical and functional guidance throughout the engagement.
- Supporting ongoing enhancement, troubleshooting, reporting, and delivery management activities while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications
Required:
- CA, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 6-10 years of enterprise performance management implementation experience, including 3-4 years implementing OneStream solutions.
- Experience building and optimizing metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, data reconciliation, custom rules, and reports in OneStream.
- Experience supporting finance processes including financial close, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis.
- Experience with VB.Net and/or Python, and relational database management systems such as SQL Server.
- Experience with cloud-based software as a service and platform as a service environments.
- Experience leading technical workstreams, managing multiple assignments, and mentoring junior team members.
Preferred:
- Experience leading end-to-end OneStream implementations across requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Experience designing application models for sales forecasting, financial planning, or workforce planning.
- Experience developing advanced business rules and automations, including custom consolidations, intercompany eliminations, cash flow automation, custom translations, and currency overrides.
- Experience preparing solution architecture documents, design specifications, test plans, training materials, and administration guides.
- Experience facilitating client workshops and presenting solution options to stakeholders.
- Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions such as People Planning and Capex Planning.
