Position Summary

Finance Transformation


As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will lead the design, build, and delivery of Oracle Cloud FP&A implementations, working with global teams to turn requirements into deliverables. You will guide junior team members and manage project phases to help deliver timely, high-quality solutions.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design, development, and deployment of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), and Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) applications
  • Gathering requirements and supporting delivery activities across Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) engagements
  • Developing integrations, calculation scripts, business rules, dashboards, forms, and reports to support planning and performance management processes
  • Managing testing, user acceptance testing, hypercare, issue resolution, and application performance improvement activities
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and junior practitioners to support solution delivery and team capability development

Our team partners with organizations to drive profitable growth, manage costs strategically, and navigate financial risks. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join us in delivering innovative solutions and supporting clients in their transformation journey.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Qualifications

Required:

  • CA, BE, or B.Tech degree
  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle Planning
  • Experience with Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) or Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), including out-of-the-box modules, custom cubes, or reporting cubes
  • Experience leading delivery across Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Suite projects
  • Experience with business rules, forms, dashboards, data integration, metadata management, and MDX calculations
  • Experience with EPM Automate, batch or shell operations, Groovy scripting, and Shared Services user provisioning and security setup
  • Experience supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Preferred:

  • Experience with prototyping, solution enhancement, and performance optimization in Oracle EPM applications
  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service (EPRCS), or third-party reporting tools
