Finance Transformation

Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.

Level: Anaplan Manager

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.

Work you'll do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Anaplan implementations, including solution architecture, estimation, planning, quality management, and deployment.
  • Manage project scope, staffing, timelines, risks, issues, and delivery execution across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, provide strategic guidance, and align solution delivery with business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, support knowledge sharing, and help build Anaplan delivery capability across the practice.
  • Contribute to practice development through go-to-market support, proposal activity, thought leadership, and capability-building initiatives.

Business Finance is part of the Finance Transformation portfolio within Deloitte US India Consulting. Our team advises and implements digital finance strategies and technology solutions, helping clients enhance financial planning, analysis, and enterprise performance through a holistic approach from strategy to technology enablement.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Qualifications

Required:

  • B. Tech or equivalent from an accredited university (required) / Master’s degree (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience delivering Anaplan implementations, including model design, development, deployment, and Hypercare.
  • Experience leading large-scale, multi-phase Anaplan programs across business functions or geographies.
  • Experience translating business requirements into multidimensional Anaplan models.
  • Experience integrating Anaplan with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday using native capabilities, application programming interfaces (APIs), or middleware tools.
  • Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and preparing design, test, training, and administration documentation.
  • Anaplan Certified Model Builder Level 1, Level 2, Anaplan Way, Level 3, and Anaplan Certified Solution Architect credentials.
  • Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) or equivalent from an accredited university.

Preferred:

  • Anaplan Certified Master Anaplanner credential.
  • Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO) certification.
  • Experience supporting Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, including governance, security, model standards, and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Anaplan PlanIQ, Optimizer, Workflow, or Anaplan XL.
  • Experience supporting request for proposal (RFP) responses for Anaplan solution opportunities.
  • Master's degree.
