As a Specialist Lead, Business Development Intelligence and Enablement, you will help drive alliance-led growth across Deloitte’s Growth Platforms by combining business development intelligence, operational rigor, and domain alignment. In this role, you will work with alliance leaders, domain stakeholders, marketers, and sales teams to support strategic planning, governance, reporting, and go-to-market execution. You will bring structure to complex partner programs, turn performance data into actionable insights, and help scale consistent ways of working across priority growth areas.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Lead, Business Development Intelligence and Enablement on the Growth Platforms team, you will be responsible for:
- Support alliance and domain leaders in developing and executing business plans, strategic priorities, and joint growth initiatives across targeted sectors.
- Manage governance processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Business Reviews, steering committees, agendas, follow-up actions, and leadership materials.
- Build, maintain, and analyze dashboards, scorecards, and trackers for pipeline, revenue, certifications, investments, and other alliance performance metrics.
- Coordinate operational execution for joint go-to-market programs, partner campaigns, deal registration activities, market development funds, certification tracking, and partner compliance requirements.
- Maintain playbooks, templates, and knowledge repositories; conduct market and partner research; and identify process improvements that increase consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in alliance management, business development operations, strategic operations, or partner program support
- 5+ years of experience driving joint go-to-market initiatives and managing complex partner ecosystems
- Experience supporting one or more of the following domains: OEMs, AI/Agentic, Human Capital, Financial Services Industry, Cyber, Supply Chain, or Finance Transformation
- Experience with governance and program management, including business reviews, steering committees, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder follow-up
- Experience using customer relationship management systems, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics
- Experience managing partner program activities such as partner portals, deal registration, market development funds, certification tracking, and compliance reporting
Preferred:
- Project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience building executive reporting dashboards, scorecards, and briefing materials
- Experience coordinating joint marketing campaigns or go-to-market programs with alliance or partner teams
- Experience supporting quick-turnaround strategic initiatives in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
