Position Summary
Level: Associate Business Transformation Architect
As an Associate Business Transformation Architect/ Specialist Senior at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you’ll do:
- Design and build OIC integrations across Oracle Fusion ERP, CX, CPQ modules — applying orchestration, choreography, and scheduled patterns appropriate to each use case
- Configure OIC adapters for Oracle SaaS, REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, JMS, Database, and third-party platforms like Salesforce, MSD, etc.
- Author data mapping and transformation logic using XSLT, JEXL, and JavaScript mapper — with canonical data model alignment and schema versioning discipline
- Implement error handling frameworks: dead-letter queue configuration, retry logic, idempotency controls for retry-safe payloads, and structured fault handling
- Design and enforce API contracts using OAS 3.0: REST API design, OAuth 2.0 / JWT security policies, rate limiting, and versioning standards
- Monitor OIC integration health in production: triage failures, diagnose payload errors, document root cause, and coordinate resolution with upstream and downstream system owners
- Execute regression testing ahead of Oracle quarterly updates: maintain integration test scripts, document results, and escalate failures with clear reproduction steps
- Maintain integration documentation: interface specifications, data mapping workbooks, error handling runbooks, and environment governance logs
- Support technical workshops with functional and IT stakeholders at director level, translating process requirements into integration design decisions
