Position Summary

Level: Lead Business Transformation Architect

As a Lead Business Transformation Architect/ Specialist Master at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes

Work you’ll do:
  • Own Oracle CX solution architecture across the Lead-to-Cash journey: define integration model between Sales, CPQ, Order Management, and Financials; resolve cross-module architectural conflicts; maintain architecture decision log
  • Architect Oracle CDM strategy: design enterprise customer data model, define account & contact hierarchy governance, implement party merge and deduplication frameworks, establish golden record policies, and align CDM structure across CX Sales and ERP pillars
  • Lead Oracle CPQ architecture for complex product and pricing environments: configuration models, constraint rule frameworks, multi-tier pricing waterfalls, and approval matrices at production scale
  • Design OIC integration architectures using canonical data models: integration pattern selection, error handling, idempotency controls, environment governance, and quarterly update resilience
  • Architect Oracle AI enablement with data readiness validation: Sales AI opportunity scoring, Oracle Digital Assistant deployments, Fusion Analytics KPI workbooks, and OCI Generative AI integration evaluation
  • Lead multi-workstream delivery Programs: own the delivery plan, manage onshore and offshore teams of 4–10, track dependencies, and report Program status to steering committees
  • Manage VP-level client stakeholder relationships independently: lead architecture review boards, present solution designs, facilitate UAT governance, manage escalations
  • Define and enforce configuration governance: review and approve solution designs produced by Specialist Seniors, maintain architecture standards, assess customization vs. Oracle-native trade-offs
  • Own quarterly Oracle release management: release note assessment, regression test governance, customization inventory maintenance, and Oracle Support escalation management
  • Contribute to Oracle CX business development: author solution architecture sections of RFP responses, present at proposal orals, co-develop industry solution plays with Specialist Leaders
  • Mentor Specialist Seniors: structured design reviews, deliberate stretch assignments, and module ownership development

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
  • 9–12 years of enterprise technology consulting experience, with 6+ years focused on Oracle CX Cloud implementations
  • Led at least two full-cycle Oracle CX implementations as the architect of record — from discovery through go-live — with direct accountability for solution design across at least three modules
  • Oracle CDM architecture experience: enterprise customer data model design, account & contact hierarchy governance, party merge and deduplication framework design, data quality rule configuration, and cross-pillar master data alignment
  • Oracle CPQ Cloud architecture experience: configuration model design, constraint rule authoring, pricing waterfall definition, and approval workflow configuration in production environments
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture experience: canonical data model design, integration pattern selection, error handling architecture, and multi-environment governance
  • Functional fluency across commercial operations: territory management, quota setting, incentive compensation mechanics, partner deal registration, and revenue forecasting
  • Experience designing and activating Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence or Oracle Analytics Cloud solutions for CX: pre-built workbooks, augmented datasets, executive dashboards
  • Demonstrated track record leading multi-workstream Oracle CX Programs ($2M–$5M TCV) with onshore and offshore delivery teams
  • Proven ability to manage VP-level stakeholder relationships independently: architecture review boards, steering committee presentations, escalation management
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud licensing: ULA structures, module tiering, user license types, and architecture implications of licensing decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

    • Oracle Fusion Service Implementation Professional

  • Oracle CPQ experience in high-volume B2B environments requiring deliberate architectural mitigation for configuration performance or pricing scale
  • Oracle CX Sales experience in implementing L2C projects involving account, opportunity management along territory and other key Sales capabilities
  • Oracle CDM experience in a multi-org or global deployment: cross-business-unit data governance, master hierarchy alignment across Oracle Fusion pillars, data stewardship operating model design
  • Exposure to Oracle Eloqua or Responsys: lead scoring model design, nurture Program architecture, CRM bi-directional sync governance
  • Experience with Oracle Field Service: workforce management configuration, routing algorithm tuning, mobile app deployment
  • Familiarity with Oracle Digital Assistant: intent model design, entity extraction, channel integration, and live agent handoff
  • Experience leading a CRM displacement Program (Salesforce, SAP CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics to Oracle CX), including migration strategy and business case development
  • Industry depth in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Financial Services
  • Prior consulting experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 Oracle partner

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
