Level: Senior Consultant , Techno Functional
As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale solutions that support client transformation goals. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from estimation and planning through execution and delivery, partnering with cross-functional global teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical outcomes. In this role, you will also guide junior team members, manage delivery priorities, and help drive high-quality results within established timelines.
Work you’ll do:
As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will be responsible for:
- Design and configure IFS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules to support asset management, maintenance, and operational workflows
- Lead discussions with business and functional stakeholders to define requirements, assess integration impacts, and resolve design issues
- Develop and deploy solutions aligned with technical architecture, integration standards, and quality processes
- Create and maintain technical design guides, templates, and standards while reviewing deliverables and providing guidance to team members
- Support Agile delivery activities, manage status reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify automation opportunities for routine development or operational tasks

Qualifications
Required
- 6-9 years of experience in IFS EAM Modules: Strong understanding of asset management, maintenance planning, work orders, and inventory management within IFS ERP with Power, Utilities and Renewables Industry.
- Business Process Expertise: Ability to map business processes and align them with IFS EAM functionalities.
- Hands-on Configuration Experience: Proven experience configuring and optimizing IFS EAM solutions.
- Strong Data Migration Skills: Understanding of data extraction, cleansing, and migration methodologies.
- Experience in End-to-End Implementation: Hands-on involvement in IFS EAM implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, UAT, and go-live support.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless implementation. Excellent Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating functional requirement documents (FRDs), user manuals, and process flow diagrams.
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree
Preferred:
- Power, Utilities and Renewables Industry knowledge and experience
- Experience preparing technical architecture and solution design documentation
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery status reporting
- Experience reviewing deliverables and providing technical guidance to team members
- Experience collaborating with onsite clients, analysts, and cross-functional delivery teams
