Position Summary
Level: Manager
As an experienced Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.
Work you’ll do:
- Reports to Executive Manager
- Span: 1-5 Sr. Consultant
- Roll-up span: Approx 80-200 practitioners
- Build relationship with project leadership (including clients)
- Provide performance assessment for junior professionals
- Represent coachees effectively during appraisals
- Drive status reporting and quality processes within the project
- Drive talent engagement on projects
- Deliver value-driven transition and transformation of Healthcare processes using advanced tools & technology
- Simplify and differentiate delivery with consistent methods / tools with focus on gaining operational efficiencies & improving SLAs/key metrics
- Apply forward thinking, best practices and fresh insights to deliver on key metrics / SLAs and to deliver value to clients
- Strategically look for opportunities to grow our footprint at our clients
- Acts as a program / account level manager and Healthcare Operations expert to the client
- Monitor engagement economics, resourcing and delivery of project against Master transition plan
- Responsible for executive leadership reporting
- Ensures timely and accurate responses to audit queries and information requests
- Drives process standardization and improvements / transformation
- Acts as a change champion and drives change management for transformational initiatives
- Identify opportunities within RCM processes benefitted from automation/innovation
- Process Re-engineering to incorporate automation technologies, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
· 12-18 yrs of experience on RCM project
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Accounts Payable , General Accounting expertise
- Prior experience in BPO sector for Revenue cycle
- Excellent customer service skills
- Required years of previous work experience in AR processes
- Experience in setting up Shared Service Centre or process transition
- Ability to build relationships across the organization and geographic regions
- Experience to work with global clients and running large scale OTC process operations
- Experience of leading, managing, training and coaching big teams
- Good understanding of project metrics, pricing, financials
- Strong executive level communication skills to manage client stakeholders
- Good understanding and experience on Quality framework
- Candidate should have a very good knowledge on Internal
Education:
- · Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or a related field;
- · Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) preferred
- · Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Revenue Cycle Representative, Certified Professional Coder) are a plus

Shift Timings:
· 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM or 6PM to 3AM IST as per business requirements
